Happy Wednesday! Today looks to be much warmer for most of us and I noticed it will even be in the 40s (and rainy) up in Duluth, which will maybe melt a bunch of that recent snow. My dog will enjoy a longer walk!

Tomorrow is the first day of the very first citywide sale of the year on the Minnesota City Wide Garage Sale List. It's in Plato, west of the Twin Cities between Glencoe and Norwood Young America. Saturday brings the big New Ulm Civic Center Garage Sale, which is indoors with 51 garage sales under one roof.

Teddy Bear Park is Open for the Season!

Teddy Bear Park in Stillwater has opened for the 2026 season.

This is such a unique park with its giant teddy bear statues. They're so cute and make for adorable photo opportunities.

There's a fun play area for the kids and it's location atop a hill makes for great views of Stillwater. It's really an enjoyable place for ALL ages!

Lunar New Year Celebrations Continue in April!

The Year of the Fire Horse celebration continues at Rosedale Center with two upcoming weekends of free cultural festivities. You can catch traditional Vietnamese lion dances and music this Sunday, April 12th, or head over on April 25th for a K-Pop performance and a table tennis tournament.

The events are packed with more family-friendly activities like Japanese origami making, face painting, and even a panda dance party.

Don't forget to stop by the East Court to see the stunning Fire Horse display before it leaves in a few weeks!

Saturday Mornings at Gale Woods Farm

Head to Gale Woods Farm in Minnetrista Saturdays in April and/or May for special Saturday Mornings at the Farm events!

Gale Woods Farm, on Whaletail Lake in Minnetrista, offers a unique educational opportunity for all ages to gain an understanding of agriculture, food production and land stewardship.

At the Saturday morning events you can explore the barn to meet animals, participate in seasonal activities such as collecting eggs, and meet the baby animals, too.
