Gibbs Farm Opening Day

Tomorrow (Saturday) is opening day at Gibbs Farm in Falcon Heights!

Gibbs Farm has long been a field trip and family outing favorite where you can immerse yourself in the pioneer and Dakota lifestyles of yesteryear.

During the event you can take a guided tour of the historic farmhouse, replica Dakota summer bark lodge, and tipi. And of course you'll want to visit the farm animals!

There's also live music from Light of the Moon, a food truck, lawn games, and delicious homemade ice cream with an array of toppings.

Memorial Day Events in Minnesota

Memorial Day is coming up on Monday and many communities across the state will be holding special events to commemorate the day.

Events include ceremonies, parades, concerts, flyovers and other ways to remember and honor those who have served. Most events are on Monday with some also on Sunday.
