๐Ÿฐ Easter Egg Hunts ๐Ÿฆ‰ Owl Fest ๐ŸŒธ Free Craft Classes โญ + New Freebies & Deals!

Welcome to the Monday newsletter. After last week away I'm finally back home writing this to you. We were in Florida for the week where we saw the MN Twins at Spring Training (more about that later) and also got to spend a few days with my late father-in-law's girlfriend, which was really nice.

If you missed Friday's newsletter you can still see it HERE, although some of the fun things to do and deals are already over.

I've been promising the spring roundup lists and the new Easter Egg Hunts list is now available! Now that I'm back, my priority is getting the City Wide Garage Sales list done this week too.

Next up will be the Wednesday newsletter. In the meantime you can stay up-to-date on our Facebook Page and on the website. Thanks for reading. I appreciate it.

Minnesota Easter Egg Hunts

It's almost that time of year - egg hunting season! There are tons of Easter Egg Hunts happening all over the state and we've been working to gather as many as we can into one big list.

While they don't start happening for about 3 weeks yet, a few do require pre-registration so it's a good idea to look at the list NOW to reserve a spot for your kids if necessary. But luckily there are also a LOT of hunts that don't require registration and you can just show up on the day.

This is another one of our lists where having all of YOUR eyes and ears open for us helps a lot. So, if you know of an upcoming egg hunt in your town or city and we don't yet have it on the list, please just respond to this email and let me know!

International Festival of Owls in Houston, MN

Owls are amazing birds. I love their spooky sound and they really are beautiful!

Did you know Minnesota has a International Owl Center? It's located in the Southern Minnesota city of Houston. This week is a great time to visit during their International Festival of Owls March 6th- 8th

The festival features many owl- focused programs including live owl shows, kids activities, storytime, vendors, face painting, an owl art show and so more!

Michaels In-Store FREE Craft Experiences

Springtime is a great time for crafting! When it's still looking wintery out it's nice to make a pretty springtime craft and dream about the warmer weather and spring flowers soon to come.

Each week, Michael's stores all over the state are offering free craft classes for both kids and adults. For many of these events the supplies are 100%, but for some you'll need to buy the "base" of the craft, which is generally only a few dollars and very rarely over 45.

Some of the upcoming craft events include Floral Terrarium, Kids Tissue Painted Eggs, Bunny Wood Frame and Decoupage Napkin Decorative Eggs.
